Now that summer is almost over, the teenagers are ready to go back. But everything begins to change when one of the private schools at Bristolwood was caught on fire, the students who were attending it had to be relocated to Roundview College, where drama will only escalate among the students.

When Courtney arrived at Bristolwood, everyone who has seen her confused her to be Alison DiLaurentis, the girl that went missing and was found dead a year later. Courtney had played dumb, and didn’t understand why people thought she was Ali. The thing is though, she is the exact replica of who Ali used to be. Looking exactly identical, Courtney had tried to fool a few of the girls into making them believe that she was Alison. But of course this psychotic girl couldn’t fool them much longer. The secret about her is that she was Ali’s twin sister, and she was kidnapped at a young age. No one knew in town knew about it since her family didn’t want that pain to resurface again.
Courtney came back, however, trying to get back with the girls. Her identity is kept secret, for she knows if people found out, she would be questioned about the Alison DiLaurentis case. Not even her half-brother Jason, knows the real truth behind this manipulative and secretive girl. But of course this blonde has more secrets that are kept buried with Alison, and all she wants to do is replace the one girl that everyone use to worship at their feet.
